We require construction time of 4 months PRIOR to your delivery date

Please note we recommended delivery date be 2 months prior to your wedding date to ensure enough time for exchanges in sizes or style if required or any alterations that you may need.

Choosing your delivery date

We recommend selecting a delivery date 2 months prior to your wedding, this gives time for any exchanges that may occur with sizing.

Size Guide

Each product has its own size guide and directions on how to measure your self. If you are having trouble with sizing, please email info@dollhousebridesmaids.com for assistance.

Bridesmaids changing weight

You can select NO SIZE OPTION for bridesmaids intending on losing/gaining weight. Final sizes are requested AT LEAST 3 months before your delivery date and emailed to info@dollhousebridesmaids.com with order number and name

Dresses are constructed with love

Dresses are made with the finest quality and hand beaded lace.

Shipment of dresses

Dresses are dispatched to you and a tracking number is issued. Please note that once the dresses are dispatched to you, Dollhouse Bridesmaids are not held liable for the arrival date of the package. Please ensure you provide us with the correct shipping details to ensure for a fast and easy delivery!

If sizing Problems occur

We understand that sizing issues may occur once you receive the dresses. We will never leave you and your maids without a dress for the big day! If sizing issues do occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue and send you the correct size!

Shipping Costs

ALL shipping costs are paid for by the customer. We do not provide return slips, or refund for shipping costs. Please also note, Dollhouse Bridesmaids does not cover any international taxes that may be imposed once you receive your item. This is at your own expense.

What if you don’t like the style?

We fully exchange however don’t refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. Please note, exchanges depend on stock availability and time restraints and is at the direction of Dollhouse Bridesmaids.In the case of custom designs, If there is an issue with the product, we, as per our policy, are happy to rectify any problems within a timely matter, before the customer’s event. We do not refund for change of mind. These dresses have been specially designed and individually made for the customer.

A Sample dress

You can order a sample dress, however full price will be charged, if the order is continued we will credit the amount you paid for the sample off the balance of your order.
