How long does it take to get my dress?
Our standard production timeline is 8–10 weeks. Rush production is available (approx. 6-8 weeks) for an additional $40. Need it faster? Contact us at info@dollhousebridesmaids.com before ordering to discuss super rush options.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged in full at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping (7-10 business days). We don’t currently offer express delivery.
Can I order extra fabric?
Yes! Reach out to our team for pricing and availability of extra fabric.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes, we do offer exchanges. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee, and since all our dresses are made to order, a remake timeframe will apply.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
All Dollhouse gowns are made to order just for you. If you choose to cancel, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
What if my dress arrives damaged?
If your dress isn’t perfect when it arrives, please contact us right away at info@dollhousebridesmaids.com and we’ll review your situation and offer a resolution.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our dresses are made with stretch fabrics designed to flatter a wide range of body types. Use our size chart to guide you. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up and having the dress tailored for a perfect fit.
Can these dresses be altered?
Absolutely. All Dollhouse gowns are designed to be easily altered and hemmed for a flawless fit.
What is the standard dress length?
The standard length (mid shoulder to hem) is approximately 65 inches.
Can I order my dress with extra length?
Yes! We offer an additional 5 inches in length on all gowns for an extra $30 each.
General Questions
Can I try on a dress before I buy it?
While we don’t offer a home try-on service, you’re welcome to visit one of our authorized retailers to try on your favorite styles. We value and support our retail partners, so if you shop in-store, we kindly ask that you complete your purchase through that retailer.
Can I order fabric color swatches?
Yes! Head to our Swatches Page to order the shades you’d like to sample in person.
Will the dress color look the same as the website?
Due to screen variations, colors may appear differently in real life. We recommend ordering swatches to get the most accurate idea of the color. Order swatches here.
Where are your dresses made?
All Dollhouse gowns are ethically produced in carefully selected factories in China that follow strict quality and labor standards.
How do I care for my dress?
We recommend professional dry cleaning. For light touch-ups, gently spot clean with lukewarm water and clear soap. Always test on a hidden spot first.
How should I store my dress after the event?
Store your clean dress in acid-free paper and a breathable garment bag, in a cool, dry place to preserve its shape and color.
