DESCRIPTION

PS1983 is an off shoulder dress with mesh rouged from the waist up. The off shoulder straps are made entirely of mesh and are ruffled. It is mermaid fitted and has a slight train. Its sister styles are PS5040 and PS5038

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full egift voucher with no expiration date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
